The Martinez family, proud locals of Chantilly, have always been passionate about sharing the rich, vibrant flavors of Tex-Mex cuisine. Our journey began in Fredericksburg, VA, where for ten wonderful years, we served up our favorite recipes and created countless memories with our beloved customers. 

As life would have it, our path led us back to our roots in Chantilly. Both our son and daughter graduated from Chantilly High School, and it has always been our dream to bring a taste of our kitchen to our hometown. In the midst of the pandemic, we saw an opportunity to turn our dream into reality. With love, determination, and a deep commitment to our community, we opened our doors in Chantilly.

Despite the challenges, the support from our neighbors has been overwhelming and heartwarming. Each dish we prepare is a labor of love, crafted from family recipes passed down through generations. From sizzling fajitas to creamy queso, every bite at Pueblos Tex-Mex Grill tells a story.
